Practise the performance test as a timed task

Treat the performance test as a skill you rehearse, not content you memorise.

A performance test gives you a file and a library and asks for a work product in a fixed time. Practise reading the task memo first, sorting the sources by what they support, outlining before drafting, and leaving time to check that you answered every instruction. Rehearse under a clock so the format feels familiar before the exam.

General study guidance, not a statement of exam rules. Check the official source.

Do I need to memorise law for the performance test?

The materials supply the sources you need. The skill being practised is using them accurately under time pressure.

How should I split my time?

Reserve time to read, to outline and to draft, and keep a few minutes to re-check the instructions. Rehearse that split under a timer.
